We use very low pressure when applying our cleaning solution to your home and slightly higher when removing the solution. This process is called soft washing.
Soft washing is a service you only get from the best Pressure Washing companies in the industry. Low-pressure soft washing uses a water-based solution that cleans and sanitizes, killing all mildew, algae, and lichens at the root. Soft washing eliminates the microorganisms that cause staining. The great thing about soft washing is that it is safe and very effective for cleaning any surface.
The cleaning solutions we use are eco-friendly and 100% biodegradable. Our cleaning services are non-toxic as well and will not release any kind of unsafe chemicals into the area surrounding your property. All plants are wet down before and during the soft wash process. In certain conditions, we may suggest that our clients also spray those areas with a garden hose the evening after we are there.
Roof, decks, house facades, fences, stonework and concrete.
It depends on the Size(sq ft) and complexity of the roof.
Although we recommend the entire roof to ensure a uniform look, we can clean any portion of your roof. Cleaning just the stained portion of the roof is a more budget-friendly option.
The simple answer is No! We use a solution that safely and effectively cleans and sanitizes your roof, leaving it free of bacteria and fungus. Our technicians will rinse your plants, trees, bushes, and lawn areas. In extreme drought-type conditions, we may suggest that our clients also spray those areas with a garden hose the evening after we are there.
In most cases, you will notice an immediate difference, particularly if you have black stains on your roof. If you have moss or lichen growing on the roof, the cleaning solution we use will kill those organisms but not immediately remove them. It takes time for moss or lichen to die after cleaning. The dead moss or lichen will eventually detach itself and flake away. This usually happens after several hard drops of rain.
First and foremost, you should have your roof cleaned at the first site of black mold streaks or fungus growth. Waiting until the roof is covered in black mold or fungus will drive up the cost of your roof cleaning. In Georgia, the weather is relatively warm year-round. Cleaning can be done pretty much any time of the year.
There are some biocides and sealers on the market that claim to keep the algae away for good, but the test results are very limited, so no one really knows. The best thing to do after getting your roof cleaned is to have your roof sprayed on a yearly basis. For approximately 25% of the initial roof cleaning, we will come out and give your roof a maintenance coat, so the algae don’t return.
We offer a 2-Year Roof Cleaning Guarantee from the date of service at no additional cost. If any growth, such as algae or Mildew streaking, lichens, or moss, should return with our warranty period, we will revisit your home and re-clean your roof for free.
